This project is a model house designed by the design team for the developer. In response to the developer's desire to take healthy housing as the starting point, the design team, within the constraints of the layout, tried to maintain the lighting and ventilation of the environment as much as possible, and perfectly reflected the design concept of healthy housing in terms of open space and other aspects.
In addition, the developer targets social elites and retirees, so the space is mainly based on a low-key classical style to increase the acceptance of the target audience, and then incorporates some modern style by using elements such as metal, lines and sleekness.
